For social occasions including wedding receptions, galas, and parties of all nature, The Best Western Icicle Inn...A Leavenworth Resort offers a large gathering room that can be divided into two.  If your event requires an overnight stay, our guest rooms include a Complimentary European breakfast buffet.  Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot cider are available all day in the lobby.

Full service catering is available through the Icicle Inn for all of your events, whether they include a formal evening or a barbeque on the lawn.

Reception policies:

All food and beverage services are provided by J. J. Hills Restaurant.  Wedding cakes may be provided from an outside vendor.

Entertainment including bands, DJ's, etc. may be scheduled until 10:00 pm.  Our ballrooms need to be vacated by 11:00 pm. These policies help ensure the comfort of hotel visitors and guests.
