The  Icicle Village Resort offers over 7,200 square feet of space for events in Leavenworth.  You’ll also find two outdoor barbecue gardens (one seasonally tented) as well a village plaza for outdoor events.

For social occasions including wedding receptions, galas, and parties of all nature, The Icicle Village Resort offers a large gathering room that can be divided into two. If your event requires an overnight stay, our guest rooms include a Complimentary breakfast buffet.  Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot cider are available all day in the lobby.

Full service catering is available through the Icicle Inn for all of your events, whether they include a formal evening or a barbeque on the lawn.
 

Reception policies:

All food and beverage services are provided by the Icicle Village Resort.  Wedding cakes may be provided from an outside vendor.

Entertainment including bands, DJ's, etc. may be scheduled until 10:00 pm. Our ballrooms need to be vacated by 11:00 pm. These policies help ensure the comfort of hotel visitors and guests.
