Icicle Brewing at J J Hills Fresh Grill dinner house for an evening
to remember beginning Tuesday January 31.
There will be three monthly dinners featuring the culinary works of
chef Bill Monigold paired with brewmaster Dean Priebe's finest
beers.
Savor stuffed scallops with Khaos Kolsch, braised rabbit with
Colchuck Wheat, Colombian style flank steak with Lokal Lager, and
more taste adventures.
The dinners will take place on the following Tuesday evenings:
January 31, February 28, and March 27. 6pm

The price per person is just $49.00 for dinner or a package for two
guests with a one night hotel stay including the brewmaster dinner
and breakfast buffet is just $189.00 + tax. For an overnight

Starter Course
Fried Avocado Tacos
w/ Lime-chipotle sauce and fresh chopped cilantro
Served with Freund Festbier, the maltiness will complement any spiciness in the
tacos
Fish Course
Stuffed Scallops baked on the half shell
With sun-dried tomato pesto and frizzled spinach
Khaos Kolsch, crisp flavors in the beer will mesh with the subtleties of the
scallops
Middle Course
Herb and beer Braised Rabbit
with J J Hills Fresh Grill organic quinoa
Served with Colchuck Wheat, will not contradict the herbs and allow subtle
flavors shine through
Main Course
Soure Barriga (Colombian Flank Steak)
Slow roasted in Icicle Lokal
Tarragon roasted red potatoes
Served with Lokal Lager, the flank steak roasted with this beer will pair well
with this lager
Dessert Course
Country Apple dumplings
Accompanied with Icicle Porter and
Chambord Ice cream float
