Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your feet, hands and neck.  We will be sitting on the floor and in a chair. Bring a blanket, a couple of pillows, and/or a cushion for your comfort. Long hair needs to be tied up off the neck.

Community Wellness Classes

Classes make a perfect addition to a spa package or series of treatments at Therapeutic Touch Massage and Wellness in Leavenworth.  These classes are held in Wenatchee approximately 30 minutes from the resort at the Columbia River Institute of Massage Therapy.

Come get fired up about why regular physical activity is one of the best things that you can do for yourself (even if you don’t need to lose weight). Covers an individualized exercise prescription based on the FITT principle. A perfect complement to New Year’s resolutions and support for feeling great year round, regardless of your current fitness level. Dress comfortably for some gentle stretching. Handouts included. 2-hour class; $20 per person (or $40 for CE hours)
 

HEALTHY SLEEP HABITZZZ

Sunday, February 26, 2012 from 1:00- 3:00pm

High quality sleep is vital for optimal wellness, yet insomnia is very common and often overlooked. Overviews the ill-health effects of sleep deprivation, sleep cycles, wide-ranging benefits of good sleep, and an extensive arsenal of sleep hygiene practices for getting the invaluable rest that you need. Handouts included. 2-hour class; $20 per person (or $40 for CE hours)
