The Wenatchee River Festival Near Leavenworth
June 11 - 12, 2010 - River play and educational festival. White water kayaking,
flat-water family boats, raft and kayak down river.

Join the Pacific Northwest's largest river and white water festival to raise awareness about river conservation, access and safety issues in the Pacific Northwest.

The Festival is sponsored by the Washington Kayak Club with all proceeds contributed to support the American Whitewater conservation, access, and safety work throughout the Pacific Northwest. WRF is organized by local volunteers and in partnership with AW regional affiliate clubs and business partners.

4:25 pm Registration Closes for Head to Head Ferry Madness
5:00 pm Head to Head Ferry Madness
6:30 pm Wenatchee River Festival Kick-off/Fundraiser at Crossfit Gym in Cashmere! Join the crew for videos of the day’s events and grill your own meat.
8:00 pm Premier showing of the movie River Ward at CrossFit Cashmere

8:00 am Registration opens!
Raft Registration at Peshastin Dam (closes at 9 AM)
Kayak Registration at the Riverside Park in Cashmere
9:00 am Rafts: All Day Raft Events starting at Peshastin Dam. See HERE for a complete list of events
Kayaks: Play clinic for all levels (begins at Rodeo Hole)
11:30 am Registration Closes for ALL EVENTS
12:30 pm Kayaks: Down River Race starting at Rodeo Hole
2:00 pm Kayaks: Rodeo at Rodeo Hole
4:00 pm Group Paddle begins from Rodeo Hole. Plan to join in on your paddle down the river as we show our support for the Wenatchee River Festival!
Silent Auction begins at Riverside Park
4:30 pm Throw Rope Competition at the River Booty booth at Riverside Park
5:30 pm Awards Ceremony at the Park
7:00 pm Party at the Brewery at 215 Mission St. in Cashmere hosted by Flyers Brewery.
