Three River Rafting Ladies tell all
in Leavenworth, Washington

We were three mom's looking for some fun and adventure in Leavenworth (really just in need of a few days of relaxing). We decided after much convincing by a brother that we should try rafting. What an adventure and what a lot of fun!

 

Our guides Ty and Rex, with Osprey Rafting, were very skilled and thorough in training us for our trip. We were quite nervous at the beginning of the ride but once we got through the roughest rapids (yes we got soaked!) we realized how good their instructions were. They took rafts full of novices and turned us into rafting teams. They also had great senses of humor and were willing to chat and give a little tour of the area as we floated along.

 

The guide on our raft was Rex and we would like to thank him very much for the great trip. We laughed so hard and felt very well taken care of. Two of us might have behaved a little bit like princesses....Thanks for putting up with us Rex!

 

We highly recommend this rafting trip. If you are as nervous as we were, go later in the season when the water is not so high and the rapids are a little more mellow (no one at home needs to know!) and much of the ride is a float. Very relaxing! If you are wanting more gusto to your ride go earlier in the season. Let me say though, whenever you go you will have great scenery and a great time.
